A family run "pub with rooms" in the small Dumfries-shire town of Sanquhar, midway
between Ayr or Kilmarnock and Dumfries or Carlisle. A warm welcome for Bed and Breakfast, meals and snacks, or a drink or
two.
Mine hosts David and Elaine Masterton have been welcoming locals and visitors
for nearly 10 years. Walkers and cyclists particularly welcome.
We are on the Southern Upland Way, and close to the Lowther and Dumfries-shire hills, the River Nith, and Drumlanrig
Castle.

Bed and Breakfast from £20.00 per person per night
A 2-course meal, with a good choice of honest fare, costs around £8.00-£10.00, and snacks around £2.00- £3.00
